Sturdy steel frame made of 100×50×3 mm profiles, prepared for roof truss installation.
Walls and roof made of 10 cm polyurethane sandwich panels (U=0.22 W/m²K) in RAL7016 color, with decorative horizontal walnut-colored slats.
Floor: 12 cm sandwich panel (U=0.18 W/m²K), OSB, light brown PVC flooring.
Aluminium double-glazed windows RAL7016, insulated solid exterior doors.
Inside: white doors, 60×60 LED lighting, complete electrical installation.
Bathroom: 80×80 shower, sink with cabinet, WC, 50L water heater, electric radiator.
Kitchenette: 180 cm, 2-burner electric hob, black sink, fridge, LED lighting, white cabinets with wooden countertop.
Heating and cooling: air conditioning with heating function (3.5 kW).
