Description:
Modern and fully equipped residential pavilion measuring 1200 × 350 cm. Constructed from insulating PIR sandwich panels (10–12 cm) and a steel frame, it ensures year-round comfort.
The interior includes two separate rooms, a fully equipped bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, washing machine, 50L boiler), and a complete kitchenette with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and extractor hood. Aluminum triple-glazed windows and insulated doors provide excellent thermal insulation.
The exterior finish in RAL7016 with decorative elements in a dark walnut shade gives the building an elegant appearance. The pavilion is also equipped with a 3.5 kW air conditioner with heating function and electric heaters in the bathroom and bedrooms.
An ideal solution as a year-round modular home, rental apartment, or staff facility.
