Description:
Mobile modular house 13 × 3.2 m – comfort and style in a compact form
A modern, energy-efficient mobile home with dimensions of 1300 × 320 cm and a height of 240/230 cm, based on a steel frame made of 100/50/3 mm profiles, equipped with lifting hooks (HDS/crane).
Construction and finishing
Walls and roof made of 10 cm polyurethane sandwich panels (U = 0.22 W/m²K), exterior finished in RAL 7016.
Decorative panels in dark walnut color on the corners and anthracite panels on the parapet give the building an elegant appearance.
Floor made of a 12 cm panel reinforced with OSB, finished with light brown PVC flooring and RAL 7016 skirting boards.
Windows and doors
Double-glazed aluminum windows with air vents (RAL 7016):
160×200 cm – 1 pc, 100×200 cm – 2 pcs, 100×100 cm – 2 pcs, 50×50 cm – 1 pc.
Doors: glazed aluminum door 110×210 cm and technical steel door 90×210 cm; internal white doors with black handles.
Lighting and electrical installation
Interior lighting includes 6 LED lamps, a track light system in the living area, and 6 external LED points.
Electrical installation concealed in the walls; white sockets and switches; compliant with Dutch standards.
Bathroom and WC
Premium bathroom finished with vinyl panels (color WM501), a 120×90 cm shower with a black frame, vanity unit with washbasin and mirror.
Separate WC with wall-hung toilet (Geberit), also finished with vinyl panels. Threshold-free rooms with concealed installations.
Technical room
50 L electric boiler, technical access hatch providing access to water and sewage installations.
Kitchenette (210 cm)
Built-in furniture with light gray cabinets, wooden countertop, and LED lighting.
Equipment includes: 4-burner induction hob, black sink, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, fridge-freezer.
Additional water and drainage connection in the hallway for a washing machine.
Heating and cooling
Haier air conditioner 3.5 kW with heating function and WiFi.
Ideal as a year-round home, office, or recreational house – solid, comfortable, and ready to move in.
